Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 3 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the Consulty website and set out the general basis on which we work with professional services practices. Please read them carefully.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Consulty website (goconsulty.ai) and set out the general basis on which Consulty provides its services. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
Consulty is a consult-acquisition agency based in Greater Manchester, England, working with professional services practices. You can contact us at hello@goconsulty.ai.
2. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected systems.
- Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material.
- Scrape, harvest or collect information from the website by automated means without our written consent.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when making an enquiry or booking.
3. Information on this website
The content of this website is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial or other professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as such. Nothing on this website creates a client relationship between you and Consulty.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy or suitability, and we may change or withdraw content at any time without notice.
4. Booking and enquiries
Booking a discovery call through this website does not create a contract for services. Any engagement with Consulty is formed only when the scope, fees and terms of that engagement are agreed in writing between you and Consulty, at which point a separate service agreement will apply and will take precedence over these terms.
Media spend with advertising platforms is separate from Consulty's fees and is payable by the client directly to the relevant platform unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. No guarantee of results
Consulty builds and manages marketing systems designed to generate booked, qualified consultations. We do not guarantee that any prospect will instruct your firm, and we do not guarantee any particular volume of consultations, clients, revenue or other commercial outcome. Case and client outcomes always remain the responsibility of your practice.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics and the Consulty name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Consulty and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own use, but you may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
7. Third-party links and services
This website includes an embedded booking calendar operated by a third-party provider. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consulty excludes all liability for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
If you are a business user, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations to the extent permitted by law, and we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. By continuing to use the website after changes are posted, you accept the revised terms.
